Merry meet at such a devastating time.I have an idea that requires the masses consisting of the group of us that give back,with no strings.For this I need your assistance.Can all of us Pagan,Wiccan,etc. all join forces united to send items to the crippled N.Y.?? this requires a lot of contact & energy, which we all have..They need us now.It may be only a token as it's vast size, but it will be a great extention of what we all truely stand for.. I, and others in the Pagan community, have already taken action and I will forward your letter in support along with my own encouragement to give blood and to donate to the Red Cross. I also ask for us to unite in prayer for the injured and for the families of the dead. Last night, President George W. Bush spoke to all Americans when he said, "I ask for your prayers for all those who grieve, for the children whose worlds have been shattered, for all whose sense of safety and security has been threatened." Mine is not a question, however I write in light of the largest gisaster ever known to us. The sensless killings in NY and DC were just that senseless killings. But in light of all disasters in this great country, we all come together as one, "Americans." No matter what our religious beliefs may be. I am a HP of my Scottish Traid and I urge all Wiccans and Pagans to give to these people, the Goddess' people, Her creation, the help they need at this time. A witch is one of the wise and wise we should be and to do what we feel is necessary and just.
