Dear Delriece...
I am giong to buy a pentagram to wear this
means alot to me but I dont feel right about just buying one and
wearing it without personalizing it but I am unsure how to do this do you
have some suggestions for me on how to do this thanks blessed be.

I feel that a talisman has more more meaning if you make it yourself. You may want to paint stone, carve wood, shape clay or bend wire to make a beautiful pentagram. But if you wish to buy one, you can consecrate it in a ritual to synchronize it with your own energies. You may wish to add beads to the cord and present the necklace to the elements. State what sort of qualities you would like to add to your life and ask that your pentagram always be a reminder to you of those things and of the love of the Goddesses and Gods. A ritual like that can make even a common trinket more precious.

Mesopotamia was an old Testament era civilization around modern day Iraq in Western Asia. It is south of Syria and Turkey, west of Persia, East of Trans-Jordan and North of Soudi Arabia. I'm afraid I don't know what Chaldea is. Check a good Atlas in your local library!
