Sometimes I see a sort of shadow, sometimes black, sometimes white, as
if a person was standing beside me. I relate them with death, but I
don't have real knowledge about this. I'm not scared, but I would like to
know what they are. I also have premonitions in dreams. Thank you for

Your description may describe a number of energy phenomena. But, in any case, you should trust your gut feelings about the matter. In this case, the death-feeling may suggest that these are ghosts. As for your dream premenitions, when beginning to work with dreams I suggest that you keep a dream journal and try meditation before bed on a subject about which you would like to dream.
