What is the best way to get back into practicing when you have been
away awhile. I have become a person that I don't want to be, I yell,
and can not seem to think before I speak. I use to have great positive
power, now I am harming people with my words.

Dear Darla,
I suggest that you first start keeping a journal. Set goals for yourself and write down what you like and what you don't like about how you've been acting. You may wish to have a new-beginnings dedication ritual for yourself. In this ritual, take the time to come before the Gods and forgive everyone in your life that you feel angry with. Don't forget to forgive yourself! Release all your feelings of hatred and dedicate yourself to your goals. After this, you can begin gradually reintroducing yourself to daily meditation and prayer.
