4. Get the pop star look
Christian: We have a stylist who helps us find our clothes. The good thing is he listens to us and he knows what we'd normally wear so we feet comfortable when we're wearing our a1 clothes.
Ben: Yeah, you don't perform as well if you're wearing clothes you're uncomfortable in.
Mark: I kicked up a fuss about one thing in the video. There's this vest I had to wear and I thought everyone else looked cool in what they were wearing while I looked like Russ Abbot (dodgy '80s comedian)!
Christian: The main reason everyone wanted Mark to wear the vest is cos he's got by far the best-looking body and we wanted him to show off his his muscles! But when it comes down to it, we want to be ourselves. I'm not going to go out and get myself a fancy haircut.
Ben: I dunno, I quite like fancy haircuts! We're not going to go down the pop star route and head straight down Gucci though. Nah, that's a lie! I've got a taste for that sort of stuff but just cos we're pop stars doesn't mean we're different from anyone else. I'd only go to designer stores if I had the money so... please buy the record. Please buy it!
Christian: That's the main reason to buy our record... Ben wants a Gucci suit!
5. Go on tour with Steps
Paul: That was definitely the biggest step on our career so far. It was a real learning curve for us and we came out on top.
Christian: We didn't know what to expect but the reaction was excellent so our confidence just grew and grew.
Ben: Well, I stole the show! Nah, only joking! The funniest thing was when a girl flashed her boobs at me, that was in Rhyl. Can I just say 'hello to that girl now?!
Mark: That was the first night and it was Lisa Steps' home town and what a welcome we got! Cos it was the first night were a few nerves but we had a great night. One of the best one's was Cardiff Arena, it was huge!
Paul: The Cardiff one was really loud cos it was a massive arena but as far as volume goes, the Rhyl one was mad, it was deafening! We're just looking forward to our own tour now.
6. Get a house together
Ben: Paul, Christian and I have got a house together and Mark lives nearby so he comes and stays all the time. Its brilliant cos we all get on so well together, its really good fun.
Christian: We've been talking for ages about how much fun it would be so its good to finally have moved in together. We love our house!
Mark: Ben's brilliant around the house, he does all the washing-up... as if! Ben's the one who asks questions like, 'What's a grill?! What's an iron? Please can someone iron my shirt?!'
Paul: We haven't had a housewarming party yet cos we've not had time... well, we did have one evening in with our managers and a takeaway pizza, does that count?!
7. Make some star mates
Christian: Well, talking of Steps, we've known them for a long time, before 5,6,7,8 was even released. They've been so supportive of us and I'm really proud of how well they've done. They always watched our show and gave us a lot of advice.
Paul: On the Steps tour we met Lolly and Christian Fry and they were realty nice.
Ben: We've been to a few parties and met guys like Westlife and Mytown and they're lovely.
Mark: I must admit that our address books aren't too full. I think the most famous number I've got in my address book is Ben's! I would love to meet Robbie Williams and Mariah Carey.
Paul: I'd love to meet Prince... he's one of my idols and he's probably one of the only guys in pop who's smaller than me. It would be good cos he'd look up to me, even in his heels!
8. Record a killer single
Mark: Aaah! Very important one, that!
Christian: I'm not making this up, but I was waiting for the others at the train station one day and I remember thinking, there's something magical about this day,' and that's when we wrote Be The First To Believe! We have a friend called Peter Cunnah who we co-wrote it with.
Paul: It was produced by the guy who did Cher's Believe and he added the vocoder effect on my voice at one point, just like he did with Cher.
Ben: What, you didn't do that all on your own? I'm shocked!
9. Go to tropical location for the video shoot

don't you?!)
10. Sit back and wait...
Christian: We don't have time to sit back and wait, that's the truth, and we love it!
Paul: When we took back on the last year we know how much hard work we've put in, but we also know what a good time we've had so were not nervous about what's to come.
Ben: You can't sit back and go, 'We've done it all,' cos we haven't Its only just begun...
